Motoring offences 

Driving is part and parcel of our modern busy world. It is not a luxury, but a necessity. Facing disqualification is a daunting experience for anyone of us. 

We deal with all motoring offences irrespective of the stage of proceedings. If you are under arrest at the police station or charged with a motoring offence and must appear before the Magistrates’ Court, we are here to help you to achieve the best possible outcome. 

If you received summons from the Magistrates’ Court or you received a notice of intended prosecution, please call us straightaway and we will be glad to assist you. We will take all the necessary steps to help you to retain your licence.

OUR FEES AND SERVICES IN RELATION TO MOTORING OFFENCES:

Please note that each case is unique and individual circumstances should be taken into consideration. 
If based on the evidence, you must plead guilty, likely fees that be incurred are between £150.00 and £850.00.
When a not guilty plea is intimated and the case is continued to trial, fees are likely to be incurred at a level of between £850 and £1500 for work up to and including the trial. 
We will often agree an instruction fee or fixed fee in this case. 

As required in any case our fees would include taking instructions from you, providing advice, obtaining all necessary information from the police and the Prosecution, obtaining required documents and reviewing these, providing full advice on your options, possible court disposals, court representation and correspondence.
Please note that these are an indication of price ranges only. 
As we have already stated all cases are unique and fees have to be tailored accordingly. Fees will be tailored specifically to your needs when we accept initial instructions from you.
